ANGELS’ DREAMS is a brand new Art Collection, using over 48,000 PIECES OF PLASTIC picked up from the beaches of Bali. These ONE-OF-A-KIND, NEVER-DONE-BEFORE ARTWORKS, tell the story of the scavenger kids of Suwung, who live at the foot of a giant trash mountain.

The scavenger kids of Suwung live in extreme poverty at the foot of Bali’s largest landfill. They are malnourished, don’t have access to clean water, and are constantly exposed to severe contamination as they literally live in the middle of trash.
For the past four years, PLASTIC ANGELS has been fighting to change this and to raise awareness about the alarming level of plastic pollution in Indonesia, the second-largest ocean polluter in the world, with over a million tons of plastic entering the oceans each year.

The collection by award-winning artist Mickaël Couturier was created in collaboration with renown artists Liina Klauss, Quint and Nano Uhero and involved children from all horizons to help integrate the element of plastic into the Art.
